VERA CORREA
Vera Correa is the Bright Beginnings owner/director, responsible for the educational aspect of the program, as well as staff training and curriculum implementation for the school. She oversees the licensing process required by N.Y.S. Office of Children and Family Services and the Board of Education guidelines for non-public schools. She conducts workshops and family/school information meetings at the start of each new school year.
Vera received a Masters degree in Portuguese Language and Education from the Catholic University in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She has a BS degree in Early Childhood Education and a Montessori diploma from the Sacred Heart College. She also has a BS degree in French from the University of Santana in Sao Paulo. Vera is fluent in Portuguese, French, Italian and Spanish. She is available to discuss school matters and help you decide on the best approach for your child’s early education.
