  1. We are licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) and registered under the New York State Department of Education non-public schools.  We adhere to their guidelines.
  2. Our educational philosophy addresses not only the academic areas, but also the physical, emotional and social development of the child.  A Montessori approach is applied to our learning paths.  Our classrooms are inviting and we use attractive materials designed for math, language, science, geography and sensorial exploration.  Each child uses the materials at his/her own level and pace under the guidance of qualified staff.
  3. We are committed to the idea of continued personal and professional growth of the staff as educators by attending workshops and lectures.  This allows us to provide a creative, caring and nurturing environment for our students.
  4. Bright Beginnings is open on a corporate calendar, therefore providing more instruction time for our students and flexibility to accommodate our parents’ needs.
